To aid us in selecting the best materials and products please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Engineering specifications and drawings
- A Description of the application
- Geometric shapes, dimensions, and tolerances
- Electrode material pattern, and polarization
- Requested delivery date and quantities required

Packaging and Shipping
Sensor uses packaging and shipping methods that ensure safe product delivery. These methods are based on our experience in shipping ceramic materials. We do the utmost to choose the most economical shipping available. Special packaging and shipping services are available on request.
Any damage due to shipping must be reported to the courier immediately. Returns must be arranged with Sensor to obtain return authorization and re-entry documentation.
