BM200

BM200 - Lead Zirconate Titanate

Overview
BM200 is a lead zirconate titanate composition that has a low dielectric loss combined with excellent piezoelectric properties. The properties make it attractive for applications requiring extreme mechanical drive amplitudes. The material can also be exposed to highly-repetitive quasi-static loads.

Features

  • Low dielectric loss
  • Excellent piezoelectric properties

Applications

  • Large mechanical drive amplitudes
  • Sonar projectors
  • Hydrophones
  • Depth sounders
  • Communication
  • Linear arrays
  • Level, flow measurement
  • Flaw detection (NDE)
  • Thickness measurement
  • Accelerometers
  • Actuators
  • Transducers
