ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCERS & COMPOSITES
Sensor Technology Ltd. manufactures single ceramic, multiple frequency and composite acoustic transducers, including multi-channel and shaded designs for side lobe suppression and beam steering applications. We've designed and built transducers with operating frequencies ranging from 0.75 kHz up to 10MHz and have provided units capable of withstanding pressures in excess of 10,000 psi.
HYDROPHONES & ECHOSOUNDERS
Sensor Technology Ltd. offers a broad array of hydrophone designs including rugged industrial hydrophones, high precision reference units, towed array hydrophones for seismic applications and echosounders. Beyond catalogue items, our experience includes multi-channel and shaded arrays, vector hydrophones and unique designs for high pressure applications.
PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS
Sensor Technology Ltd. manufactures a large number of piezoelectric ceramic materials, including lead zirconate titanate (PZT), lead titanate and lead metaniobate. Our formulations include ceramics equivalent to Navy Types I, II, III, V and VI as well as several proprietary piezoelectric materials with unique performance characteristics. We provide common shapes in a wide range of sizes as well as custom geometries to meet the needs of any application.

Research at SensorTech is one of the most valuable aspects of our operation. Our staff include PHD’s, practiced engineers and production staff who have been making SensorTech products for years. Every time we develop a new product with a customer we are gaining a new insight.
